How are educator days calculated?
An educator day is one day of work by one educator placed through your agency. If you have 30 supply teachers out on a given week, each working 5 days, that's 150 educator days that week. A good recruiter typically bills around 150-200 educator days per week, so Starter suits a solo recruiter, Growth fits teams of 3-4, and Agency is for larger operations.
What does "unlimited fair use" mean?
On subscription plans, we don't cap your checks. PassQ is designed for normal agency usage. Automated abuse or reselling isn't permitted, but if you're using it as intended, you'll never hit a limit. Pay As You Go is charged per check instead.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 5 checks are free, no payment details needed. After that, pick a plan or pay as you go.
How does Pay As You Go work?
Two options: £4.99 for a reference on its own, or £10.99 for a reference plus a full digital compliance check (DBS, KCSIE, safeguarding, Trust Score). No monthly commitment on either. Works well if you only need a handful each month. Once you're past 15 or so, a subscription works out cheaper.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 15% compared to monthly billing.
